JOB FUNCTION/DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for selling printer maintenance/service agreements to current and new customers.
- Assessing clients’ needs by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their document management infrastructure and create detailed cost effective solutions.
- Growing our customer base through discovery of new business and retaining legacy costumers.
- Assists customers and prospects by analyzing and evaluating print management requirements and needs.
- proposes MPS solutions that meets Invictus Document Solutions profitability goals and that will be cost effective for and improve the service of our customers.
- Consulting, selling, and implementing MPS with a high level of customer service.
